We spotted just the right car for my learner daughter at Lowes. Ian and Amba were super responsive from the first enquiry. We arrived to take a look at the car, which Ian accommodated by being out for easier viewing, encouraged us to test drive and finally talking through all that was known about the car. Ian and Amba were really helpful, friendly and completely straightforward throughout the whole process - no sales pressure or speak - a real breath of fresh air! We bought a lovely Toyota Yaris at a fair price, which we are chuffed to bits with. The car did have a relatively expensive mechanical problem, but Ian offered to pay for the replacement part and its fitting before I even asked him, and was as good as his word in settling up immediately. We would certainly buy from them again. Highly recommended

It’s taken us far too long to write and we’re sorry for our tardiness. Of course, the problem has been that we’ve been so busy going out and about in our fabulous VW Transporter Camper that you sold to us! We’ve looked at these for years and years, never quite finding the right one and then there it was on your forecourt. From the moment we first saw it you were just so helpful, happy and laid back. You answered all of our questions and demonstrated how all the trick kit worked, even making a call to the previous owner to get a few more details. We never felt rushed or under any pressure to make a decision.

We asked about part exchanging our existing car and Ian advised us on the route to getting the best price (which wasn’t part ex). He was right, we followed his advice and it all worked out well. This is not the experience we’ve ever had before in 36 years of owning cars! (I know - we don’t look that old….).

We were so excited about getting the van that you came back in to work later on that Sunday evening to hand over the keys. We really appreciated you detouring from your own holiday to complete things so very quickly for us.

In fact, the whole experience felt more like buying a vehicle from friends than from a dealer. You even arranged for the previous owner to give us a tour of the camper and to show us how everything works.

We can honestly say that we have never revisited a car dealer before with two bottles of wine to say 'thank you’ before. Not only was the whole experience so positive, the adventures the van has already given us are unforgettable, and we wanted to express our appreciation to you both.

We wish you every success with your business. You have created a truly friendly and honest car dealership. Those qualities will stand out a mile and encourage repeat business for years to come, Our eldest will be driving in 18 months and we will be back then.
